Swiss authorities have fined a speeding motorist £180,000 for driving at 85 mph through a village where the limit was 50 mph! The fine is so large because the Swiss courts take into account the wealth of the offender...he's a millionaire! Hopefully this can be transferred across the world and maybe than some of the rich drivers would slow down a bit...or maybe not!
