Met Office to Review Long Term Forecasts

The UK Meteorological Office has come in for quite a lot of criticism for its long-term forecasts which, quite frankly, have been rubbish! This is not surprising, because it is almost impossible to forecast weather any more than four days in advance! Just to make you ponder, this organisation is also responsible for much of the UK's research into climate change...and that's an even longer term forecast!
