Jenson Button Formula 1 World Champion

For the first time ever one Englishman has replaced another as Formula 1 World Champion driver when Jenson Button finished fifth in the Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos, ahead of his nearest rivals Rubens Barrichello and Sebastian Vettel. This championship is all the more remarkable as Button's team, Brawn GP, almost didn't exist after Honda pulled out of Formula 1 after the 2008 season! Also, before this season, Jenson Button had won just one Grand Prix from 155 starts!
