Cheating at Quizzes!

Having read the latest post on the Quiz List blog, I find myself agreeing with the conclusions, but as a quiz master, I still don't really know how to successfully deal with it! The quizzes I present have small prizes (a couple of bottles of wine, £10 meal voucher), but people still use their mobile phones to cheat! But how do you stop people from using their phones in a pub? Any suggestions are very welcome, but as long as most people are enjoying their evening and the pub is full, does it really matter?
