Again I was speechless as Usain Bolt knocked more than ONE TENTH of a second off the 200 metres world record and was almost SEVEN TENTHS of a second ahead of his nearest rival in the World Athletics Championship 200 metres final in Berlin! Today is his 23rd birthday - goodness knows how fast he'll be when he reaches his prime!!
