Geo-Engineering to Reduce Carbon Dioxide

Artificial trees, algae based photobioreactors and reflective roofs are three of the ideas in this report that discusses how we could possibly remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. To my untrained eye, they look plausible, but expensive to implement!
