A couple of days ago I noted that online games publisher Blizzard were to insist that people on their forums use their real names, which I thought was a good thing! Now, following an overwhelmingly negative response, they have backed down over fears of identity theft and 'real' world harassment of their users! This is like asking turkeys to vote on Christmas. So the anonymous bullies can still express their vitriol without consequences - great!!
