Tory leader David Cameron has come out and said that the UK's health and safety culture is "over-the-top" and has led to a "stultifying blanket of bureaucracy, suspicion and fear"! Finally a politician that looks like they may actually do something about the over-nannying that hides behind health and safety rules! I do appreciate that the Health and Safety Executive are trying to reduce the numbers of deaths and injuries in the workplace, but all too often faceless bureaucrats take guidelines to be firm rules with no application of reason!

- Who demonstrated the first self-sustaining nuclear reaction today in 1942 at the University of Chicago?
