Robots Potentially Lethal to Humans

I read this story and thought, wasn't all of this considered by Isaac Asimov in the "I, Robot" collection of stories that were first published in the 1940's? The story "Runaround" is the first to list Asimov's famous 'Three Laws of Robotics' and I would suggest that the German scientists study these stories and try to implement a similar set of robot 'laws' to ensure safety in the future. Just goes to show what a foresighted man Asimov was!

Your Sunday questions are:-
