Procul Harum Organist Wins Back Rights

Matthew Fisher has won his long battle for co-writing rights to the Procul Harum hit record "Whiter Shade of Pale". He initially won the case in 2006, had the decision overturned in 2008 and now the Law Lords have ruled that he did indeed co-write the hit and is due 40% of the royalties!
