Wimbledon Poet in Residence

This year sees the first ever poet-in-residence at the Wimbledon Tennis Tournament. Matt Harvey is the lucky man after an idea from the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and the role was created by the Poetry Trust. I'm not a poetry aficionado, but it seems like a good idea to try and introduce people to different forms of art/literature!

Your Saturday questions are:-
  1. Which waterway was officially opened today in 1959 by Queen Elizabeth II and President Eisenhower?
