The World Cup got under way with two draws and surprisingly little comment on the performance of the ball! There were two sure fire bets that I should have had...but didn't - first player to be sent off was indeed a Uruguayan and the result was nil - nil between France and Uruguay just as it has been on their last two meetings since 1985!
