Wolfram Alpha Goes Live

A new search engine, Wolfram Alpha has just gone live. It is described as a Computational Knowledge Engine rather than a search engine. It's inventors plan on it being a complementary service to Google and other traditional search engines. Only time will tell if it becomes anything like as useful as Google has become, but it does look like an interesting concept!

Tuesday's questions are: -
  1. Who established the Légion d'honneur in France today in 1802?

  2. Which actress married actor Matthew Broderick (right) today in 1997?

  3. Pete Townshend, who was born today in 1945, is a founder member of which rock band?
Yesterday's Answers: 1. Helen Sharman; 2. "Babylon 5"; 3. Poland
