At the age of 92, Vera Lynn has become the oldest living artist to top the British album charts for the first time! Who said that nostalgia was a thing of the past? What a fantastic achievement and she finished above eleven Beatles albums that entered the charts this week!

138th Open Golf Championship

Today sees the start of the Open Golf Championship (the 'British' Open to our American cousins!) on the Ailsa Course at Turnberry. Can Tiger win his fourth Claret Jug, will Harrington get out of his slump and win again or could Monty do it this time? I'll be watching as much as I can on the BBC. It looks like a great course and should be a thrilling tournament!
